These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and ora78 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ora78 online sportsbook, live casino, and all related services available at https://ora78.lat (the "Site").

By accessing the Site, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable promotional terms. To register and maintain an active Account on ora78, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from using the Platform in any capacity.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as a representative of any legal entity or on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been suspended, banned, or self-excluded from the Platform or from any affiliated service operated by ora78.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law, and you are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your place of residence.
• You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, or associate of ora78, or a close family member of any such individual, in a capacity that would create a conflict of interest.
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Each Player may register one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, device identifiers, payment methods, or any other means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You must update this information promptly if any details change. ora78 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, ora78 may request the following documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time we reasonably deem necessary:

• Proof of identity — a valid, government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport)
• Proof of age — confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• Proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three months
• Proof of payment method — a screenshot or scan confirming ownership of the depositing e-wallet or bank account

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until documentation is satisfactorily provided.

By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to the following general terms of use:

1. You will use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and will not use it for any commercial, fraudulent, or money-laundering activity.
2. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose all funds deposited into your Account. ora78 does not guarantee any return on any wager placed.

4. You will not attempt to exploit errors, glitches, or technical anomalies in any game or on the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error will be voided.
5. You consent to ora78 monitoring your account activity for the purposes of fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and responsible gambling obligations.
6. Intellectual property on the Platform — including software, graphics, trademarks, and content — belongs to ora78 or its licensed providers and may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written permission.

ora78 supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods to facilitate deposits, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, as well as cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT). The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.

• All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be flagged for investigation.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction. ora78 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account immediately upon confirmation of payment. Processing times may vary for bank transfers and cryptocurrency transactions due to network conditions.
• ora78 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which ora78 bears no responsibility.
• ora78 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or where AML obligations require investigation.

Players may request withdrawals of real-money funds from their Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. ora78 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• A completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. ora78 may request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding defined thresholds.
• Withdrawal requests to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically processed within 5 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the withdrawal section of your Account dashboard.
• ora78 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation. In such cases, the Player will be notified to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable turnover requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Only the real-money portion of your balance (net of ineligible bonus amounts) is withdrawable.

ora78 offers a range of promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, referral incentives, and VIP tier rewards. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms:

1. All bonus offers are subject to wagering (turnover) requirements. The applicable turnover multiple and eligible games or product categories are stated in the specific promotion terms accompanying each offer.
2. Bonuses are awarded for personal use only. Systematic abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to wagering patterns designed to extract value without genuine gameplay risk — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
3. Only one bonus may be active per Account at a time unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
4. ora78 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Any ongoing qualifying activity at the time of cancellation will be honoured where reasonably practicable.
5. Minimum deposit requirements and qualifying bet criteria apply to most promotions. Deposits made via certain payment methods may not qualify for specific bonus offers — please refer to individual promotion terms.
6. Bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits have no cash value and may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash unless the applicable turnover requirements have been fully satisfied.

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the ora78 Platform across sports betting, live casino, slots, and all other gaming products:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by ora78. ora78 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on events that have already commenced or where the odds are manifestly incorrect.
• Odds Errors: In the event that odds are published in error due to a technical fault or human error, ora78 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, or to recalculate settlements using the correct odds. Players are not entitled to retain winnings derived from clearly erroneous odds.
• Match and Event Results: Settlement of sporting bets is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, the decision of ora78 is final, subject to any applicable escalation process described in the applicable sport-specific rules.
• Mix Parlay: Mix Parlay bets require all selected legs to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. Void or postponed legs within a parlay may be treated as a single-event result at reduced odds, as specified in the sport-specific rules.
• Live Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the Platform's real-time odds feed. Connectivity issues on the part of the Player do not entitle the Player to bet cancellation or re-pricing.
• Slot and Casino Games: All outcomes in slot and casino games are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Live dealer games are conducted by licensed studios under regulated conditions. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures are indicative long-run averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in individual sessions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ora78 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using your own details or those of a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any time thereafter, including during KYC processes.
• Using the Platform in furtherance of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or event in order to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any automated software, artificial intelligence, scripts, bots, or similar tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting any technical fault, glitch, or error in software or odds for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of "bonus abuse", including using multiple accounts, structuring deposits, or wagering in patterns designed to exploit promotional terms without genuine gameplay risk.
• Accessing the Platform using VPNs, proxies, or other methods intended to conceal your true location or identity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ora78 staff or other players through any communication channel.

ora78 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Determination that the Account holder is under the age of 21.
• Direction from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Prolonged inactivity, as defined in the Platform's dormant account policy.

Where an Account is closed at the request of the Player (voluntary closure), any verified real-money balance will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method after applicable deductions, provided KYC requirements have been satisfied and there are no outstanding compliance holds. Bonus balances that have not met turnover requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ora78, its directors, officers, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any part thereof.
• Interruptions, delays, errors, or omissions in the Platform's operation, including but not limited to server downtime, maintenance windows, or telecommunications failures.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate or outdated.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Acts or omissions of third-party payment service providers, including processing delays or failures.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, ora78's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the value of the total deposits made to the Player's Account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits ora78's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

ora78 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling and the provision of tools to support players who may be at risk of or experiencing gambling-related harm. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that it should be engaged in as a form of entertainment and not as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum net loss thresholds per defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify Players when they have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: On-screen prompts displaying session duration and net win/loss at regular intervals.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restriction for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) during which the Player cannot access their Account or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: A voluntary, indefinite or time-limited ban from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours of receipt and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any disputes that cannot be resolved through ora78's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall limit any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Malaysia or any other jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.
